Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may be updated without prior notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order affected by such inaccuracies.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers. WoolHeritage does not store your payment information.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide and aim to deliver each rug in a timely and safe manner. For made-to-order items, production times will be noted on the product page. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees may apply based on your country’s laws and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each rug is handcrafted, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. Full details are available in our Return Policy.
