Return Policy
At WoolHeritage, every rug we create carries the story of craftsmanship, care, and time. We understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit once it arrives, and we’re here to support you with a clear and fair return process.
If you are not completely satisfied with a standard, in-stock rug, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery.

Once we confirm your request, you will have 14 days to send the rug back to us. We kindly ask that the item be returned in its original condition and packaging. After we receive and inspect the rug, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
During the return window, we ask that you handle the rug and its packaging with care. You may unroll it and inspect it, but it must remain unused, unaltered, and safely repackaged for the return to be accepted.
Custom Orders
Because of their bespoke nature, custom-made rugs — including rugs made to your requested size, color, design, or pile height — cannot be returned or refunded.
