At WoolHeritage, we proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all our rugs — no hidden fees, no surprises. Whether you’re in Europe, North America, or anywhere else, your rug will be shipped with care, directly from our workshop in Morocco to your door.

Shipping Within the EU
Orders within the European Union typically arrive within 1–2 weeks once your rug has completed its crafting or finishing process.

International Shipping
For destinations outside the EU, delivery may take a little longer, depending on your local customs and postal services. In most cases, international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks after shipment. We always do our best to deliver swiftly and safely.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your rug is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our artisans’ hands to your home.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Some countries may apply customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees vary based on your country’s laws and are the responsibility of the recipient.

However, we want your experience with WoolHeritage to feel seamless and rewarding. If you’re charged import fees, simply email us a copy of the receipt at info@woolheritage.com, and we’ll refund the full amount — a gesture from us to make your purchase feel like it came with a little extra care.
